there really isn't anything impressive about an evo that still has the stock turbo. they handle well, but they still aren't going to be straight line warriors.

Very true. Many owners of EVo's/Wrx/Sti/SRT4 all fall victim to a false sense of 'fast', as many of them come from horribly slower imports or non sports cars as it is. So when they hop into a 280 whp EVO, it feels like a fuckin 9 second car when they come from a 180 hp Honda haha.

I could be wrong but I don't think devin's evo was THAT fast. A bolt-on cobra still woulda raped his evo I think. He had like 400awhp? And that car is fairly light, but still.

i test drove an evo awhile bike it felt slow... on the highway it pulled like an all motor 4 banger.
